Why hire a professional real estate photographer?
We could go on at length about how professional photos will increase your number of showings, number of offers, and even the selling price for a property . . . but numbers aren't even the half of it.
The simple fact is that we live in an image-driven society. And using professional images to showcase your listings improves your image as a real estate agent. Buyers will be more impressed with the homes you list, but more importantly sellers and future clients will be more impressed with your marketing abilities. A better image as an agent leads to referrals, which leads to more listings, which leads to more money in your bank account. Take our advice (as former marketers if not as photographers), and think of hiring a professional photographer as an investment for your business.
Why should I purchase the "Twilight/Sunset" add-on?
Leonardo da Vinci advised that it is best to paint someone's likeness during the twilight hours - we believe it's the same for photographing houses! If you want to go the extra mile and showcase your listing in the most flattering light possible and make it stand out above the rest, then this add-on will do just that. Just remember that "Twilight/Sunset" photo shoots must be scheduled for at least an hour before sunset and may last up to an hour after sunset. The exact times will of course vary according to season.

Prior to your Photo Session
What if I need to cancel an already scheduled photo shoot?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when scheduling, cancelling, or rescheduling a session.
What if the weather is bad?
Photo shoots must be rescheduled in cases of rain, snow, or excessive clouds in order to ensure the highest quality photos.
What am I expected to do before the photo shoot?
Prior to, or at, the session, we ask that you outline the important elements of the property and/or areas that should not be photographed. Your input is very important here.

After your Photo Session:
What can I expect to receive after the photo shoot?
Following the session we will complete the post-processing stage, and you will receive a slideshow tour with its own URL and the following features:
- a variety of background music options
- fullscreen options
- your info
- printable fliers with QR codes
- info on the surrounding area, such as schools, restaurants, and walkability score
Tour analytics will be emailed to you on a monthly basis.
What can I expect to receive if I purchased the "Twilight/Sunset" add-on?
You will receive everything mentioned above, with the addition of extra photographs taken at sunset.
When can I expect my tour to be delivered?
All tours will be delivered in 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.
How many photos does each package include?
Each photo shoot will include simply the number of photos needed to capture the property effectively. The amount will vary according to the property's size, and for that reason we set no limit on the number of photos.
What sizes are your photos?
The sizes of our photographs are as follows:
- Small (640 x 480 pixels, 72 dpi)
- Large (1500 x 1000 pixels, 72 dpi)
- MLS (1024 x 768 pixels, 72 dpi)
- Print quality (8" x 10", 300 dpi)
How does payment work?
Payment of the full amount is due at or before the photo shoot. It's easiest to pay online right after booking, and you may do so via Paypal, or with a credit or debit card. You also have the option of paying in person at the photo shoot with either cash, a check (made payable to Vesta), or a credit or debit card. Images and tours will not be delivered until payment is received, and we apply a late fee of $25 seven business days after the photo shoot if the full payment is not made.
Can I sell these photos?
No. To clarify, these images are copyrighted and owned by Vesta Photography Studio. You are paying for a license to use these photos, and only for the marketing of the property photographed. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Ok. Can I reuse these photos in the future?
Absolutely. The license is good for one year. If more than a year has passed since we photographed the property for you, you can just repurchase the license from us for $100. This one will last an additional year.
